Return and Refund Policy
Shipping and Delivery Costs
Orders placed with Ceres Gourmet are shipped via UPS, USPS, FEDEX, and DHL, and require a signature upon receipt. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification (shipping address must match billing address; if the shipping address is not the same as the billing address, it must be verified with your issuing bank).
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped, providing you with a tracking number.
Domestic Shipping
All orders placed Monday – Friday before 12 pm will be processed the same working day (excluding Bank Holidays). We provide free delivery on all orders.
Free Delivery: (UPS Ground: Please allow 2-3 business days and USPS Ground Advantage: Please allow 3-5 business days). This is an estimated time frame and can take up to 7 business days with any disruption.
International Delivery Options
Shipping Cost: $20.00 for the rest of the world.
Delivery Time: We use UPS delivery which takes between 5-15 days for international orders, depending on your location and customs release.
Returns Policy
Upon delivery, please inspect the item to ensure you are satisfied with it before removing any protective seals. If the seals have been removed or the item has been used, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.
If you receive a faulty item and wish to process an exchange, you must reply to your order confirmation email immediately or email us at info@ceresgourmet.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
If you need to return the item for an exchange or a refund, please reply to your order confirmation email, and a ‘Ceres Gourmet’ representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note any packages that are returned without authorization will not be accepted. Goods are returned to Ceres Gourmet at your own expense. We advise that all returned goods should be sent via recorded delivery with relevant insurance cover to protect against non-delivery by your chosen courier.
Return Requests: All requests for returns should be made within 3 days of receiving your order. No requests will be considered after 3 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Returns: All tags and seals must remain intact.
Shipping Costs: We deduct the shipping cost we paid at the time of dispatch. The customer is liable for the cost of return shipping.
Faulty Products: If the product is faulty, we will offer a replacement. If you reject a replacement, we will refund minus the restocking fee.
Condition of Returned Items: If the product has been worn or seals have been removed, a full refund is void, but we will still accept the return minus the $10.00 restocking fee.
